Hi, I am Gavin Leahy, the founder and manager of Baby Glow. Baby Glow was created in 2008 with a view of supplying the New Zealand market with good quality, functional and trusted maternity brands from around the world. Starting out with just one brand, Baby Glow now exclusively represents several leading international brands from around the world. Having worked as either a Brand or Sales Manager in the pharmaceutical, hospital, and medical industry for just over 13 years, I dealt with midwives, gynaecologists, obstetricians, dermatologists and other leading professionals, focusing predominately on the maternity and pregnancy market. My role within the maternity & pharmaceutical industry was growing, developing and launching brands & products all targeted at mums (and dads). In this industry, if they are not reliable, cost-effective, safe, functional and practical, they just do not "make the grade". Having helped raise my own two daughters, the practical side of this role became a "reality". Those factors and more lead to the development of Baby Glow - a company dedicated to supplying leading pregnancy and baby care brands to the New Zealand market. In September 2009 Baby Glow re-launched its website to include a comprehensive view of all the brands and services we offer. We are proud of the brands we represent and will continue to promote and market them vigorously into the New Zealand market. We believe that our brands add value to the lives of our customers and helps make their pregnancy (and parenting) just that much better.
